Every plan bills in credits at $1 per credit — $10 per generation (a 5-up run returning up to 5 images). A client ad set is one of those generations, so Starter’s 10 ad sets = up to 50 images a month. Unlimited users on every plan.

Enterprise+
Unlimited users on every plan — no per-seat fees. Purchased packs are good for 12 months from purchase. Cancel anytime in the app; you keep full access until the end of the billing period and are never charged again after that.

If a generation fails or is blocked by moderation, the credits are automatically refunded for that attempt.

Top-ups starting at $1 per credit ($10 per generation — a 5-up run returning up to 5 images). Bigger packs earn a volume bonus of up to +30% extra credits. Pack credits are good for 12 months, on every plan.

Refunds, plainly
Per our Terms of Service, purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. The one automatic exception: if a generation fails or is blocked by moderation, the credits for that attempt are refunded to your balance instantly. If you believe a charge is a billing error, contact us and we’ll take a look. Payments are processed by Stripe; no card data ever touches our servers.
